NATURAL COMPONENT OF STABILITY OF TERRITORIAL COMPLEXES OF THE EUROPEAN STATES

Stability of landscapes (natural territorial complexes) is considered as a special natural resource which can be based differentiations of various territories. Concept «sustainability of natural and transformed landscape», «stability of a landscape», «anthropogenous influence» and «transformation of a landscape» are considered in interrelation with concepts. The opportunity of a quantitative estimation of sustainability of landscapes to anthropogenous influence is analyzed on the basis of the power of a landscape which is taking into account solar radiation, an atmospheric precipitation, activity of inert and alive substance. The differentiation of the countries of Europe on analyzed parameters with corresponding cartographical models is resulted. There are discussed some geopolitical aspects of the received estimations of stability.

The history of Siberian geological service is extremely rich with significant scientific and practical achievements. Meanwhile, among these achievements there are such that became landmarks to define the trajectory of principally new ways for development of the geology and as the result led to discovery of the richest ore-bearing and oil and gas provinces, districts and then the biggest deposits. Due to realization of the principle of inseparable connection and unity of geological science and practice the numerous (including gigantic) deposits of hydrocarbons, diamonds and ore minerals were discovered.

The article gives an appraisal to the main contradictions within WTO negotiation process on trade in environmental goods and services, with the emphasis to water sector. Possible consequences of joining WTO for Russian water and forest sector are described. The estimation of national water legislation process in view of possible Russian membership in WTO is given.

The ecological-economic assessment of the two sites of 3 years old and 25 years old clear cuttings down and one site of the 17 years old catastrophic wind throw was conducted. Obtained data was used for PEQ (index of ecological quality) calculations. The fall of the total cadastral cost of the «young cutting down» area comes to 12%. The decrease of the total cadastral cost of the «25-years old cuttings down» amounts 3%. The peak value of the cadastral cost fall comes to 19% at the area of «wind throw».

In article problems of the account and statistics of wastes in the Russian Federation for last years are considered. There are marked lacks and the contradictions which have developed in considered area (with concrete digital examples). The reasons of the basic negative factors are defined; the basic ways of their elimination are offered. In special degree questions of the statistical account within economic mechanism using in environmental protection, and also financial crisis are investigated.

The article is dedicated to the problem of the rating of the land cost of non-profit fruit farming’s. This work is focused on the output of alternative line of approach to the rating of land resources, which would pay more attention to the natural factors, soil quality and constitution. For these matters a points system was designed, allowing to term land quality in items to work out result of cadastral values basing on them.
